BLINKBUN Dataset Terms
These terms describe how BLINKBUN-original dataset compilation, observation metadata and derived research fields may be reused. They do not transfer rights in underlying public blockchain records or third-party source data.
1. Scope
These terms apply to BLINKBUN-original selection, organization, observation timestamps, labels, annotations, calculated fields, research presentation and other original compilation elements published through BLINKBUN research pages.
Underlying Solana blockchain records, token metadata and third-party market or DEX data are not relicensed by BLINKBUN. Their respective source terms and rights continue to apply.
2. Permitted reuse
You may cite, quote reasonable portions of, link to, and use BLINKBUN-original observations for research, editorial work, comparison, education and non-misleading analysis, including commercial analysis, provided that the source is attributed and the data is not presented as an official safety certification or investment recommendation.

These terms do not grant permission to mirror or republish the BLINKBUN dataset substantially in full, operate a substitute dataset service, remove provenance, or present BLINKBUN-original compilation as your own. Contact BLINKBUN before substantial bulk redistribution.
4. Accuracy, provenance and interpretation
“First seen” means the time BLINKBUN first observed a Mint; it is not necessarily the token creation or launch time. Stored market observations can be incomplete, delayed or unavailable. Reusers should preserve this context when presenting the data.
5. No endorsement or investment advice
Dataset inclusion does not mean BLINKBUN approves, verifies or recommends a token. The data is provided for informational and research purposes without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, market availability or future performance.

Solana 블록체인의 원천 기록이나 외부 시장·DEX 데이터의 권리까지 BLINKBUN이 재허가하는 것은 아닙니다. 또한 데이터셋 포함은 토큰의 안전성 인증, 매수 추천 또는 수익 보장을 의미하지 않습니다. 전체 데이터의 대량 복제·미러링 또는 출처 제거는 별도 허가 없이 허용되지 않습니다.
